The Wave Inspire is made for the moderate over-pronator who doesn’t want the heft of a traditional stability shoe. While most brands use dense foam or gel for added medial support, Mizuno uses a shock absorbing wave plate. This Wave Technology allows for added cushioning and support without the bulk of those heavier materials. Mizuno wearers will tell you “it fits like a glove”. The shoe feels like it’s made for your foot, though tend to fit short so anticipate going up half a size.
