Saucony has improved their recipe with a sturdier-feeling upper, and extra rubber on the forefoot to improve durability. Don’t let the weight fool you, there’s plenty of cushioning under the forefoot of these shoes. Light enough for speedwork and racing, but cushioned enough for long runs, the Kinvara has a place in any runner’s rotation.
